What We Are Eating: A Typical Day Counting Macros

Hi everyone! It’s Christina! Today I’m sharing a typical day of eating for me while counting macros. I would be happy to share recipes/what I use as well if you want to try any of these meals!

✅ Smoothie every morning! It varies and sometimes i do a chocolate version. I use @iheartmacros vanilla protein and it is 🙌🏼!

✅ I usually make a yogurt and fruit bowl as a between meal snack. The whole bowl is less than 300 calories and so filling and delicious!

✅ For lunch, @lillielovesmacrosTurkey Crunchwrap on repeat! Using @cutdacarb flatbreads. Amazing macros!

✅ For dinner it varies, but one of my family’s favorites is turkey taco salad! Sooo yummy! Even my kids eat it!

 ✅ Throughout the day, I snack on a @g2gbar. My fave is the chocolate chip peanut butter! (Also my kids love these too!)

Usually, if I eat like this, I have room for a treat in the evenings which is so nice!
