Fitness Friday: Workout Buddies

 WORKOUT BUDDIES 🏃‍♀️ 

Something I am SO grateful for when it comes to#fitness is having people around me with similar goals. I love that we can inspire and motivate each other to push ourselves a little harder, or to practice #selfcare and take a needed rest day. Fitness can be FUN (as cheesy as that sounds) and you can build a community of supportive friends. I have made some of my bffs from becoming workout buddies. There’s nothing quite like bonding over sweating/crying/swearing over the last repetition of crunches together 😏🤣 If you don’t already have a workout buddy, call a friend and set up a time to do your workout of choice together one time this week! Both of you will benefit 🤗-Anna
