Fitness Friday: High Fitness

Happy Friday! This is your girl Anna. 💁🏼‍♀️ It’s Fitness Friday and I want to tell you about High Fitness! My favorite form of exercise has ALWAYS been to dance. When i tried a high fitness class, it was like being in an cardio dance class that’s easy to follow, with burpees, lunges, and other toning exercises! It was a perfect transition for me once I stopped competing. The music is upbeat and fun, and the instructors are super motivating. Try a class and see if you like it!
