What We Are Eating: Counting Macros

Morning! Christina here. I want to talk about macro counting! First of all, I am NOT a macro coach and I am a pretty loose counter. I had lost most of my second baby weight in early 2017 but was just not tightening back up no matter how much I worked out. I had to face the sad reality that at age 30, my diet was 80-90% of how my body would look. 😭 No more “working off my cookies.” Now don’t get me wrong, I still eat treats all the time, I just make room for them in my macros! Which is why I fell so in love with counting. I was getting leaner, and I was eating more and feeling so much better while still treating myself! 🍩 I followed @iheartmacros and got a $30 macro count from her and took off on my own! The above results were over 4 months of slow progress. So, I want to know, what are your thoughts on macro counting? How about diet vs. exercise and how it affects your physique? Let me know!!
