
What’s better than a huge fruit and yogurt bowl for only 250 calories?! Nothing!! Am I right?! This is my favorite snack for some volume to fill me up, and to cure my sweet tooth! Swipe for ingredients and calories. Macros are: 35 C 5F 17 P
*note: I use whatever fruit is currently in season and I make my own granola that is very low fat/sugar.
I have to eat something between meals or I totally overeat at “mealtime”. Make sure to plan accordingly and make those snacks WORTH IT! I could eat a bag of chips for the same calories as this beautiful, filling bowl of goodness.
