SMOOTHIES! We have at least one every day in our house. They are a great way to get in extra protein, fruits and veggies, they are filling, hydrating and delicious! I have two go-to smoothie recipes that my whole family loves and I’m going to share them with you here! 🍉 🍎 🍌 🍹
TROPICAL FRUIT SMOOTHIE:
-8 Oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1/2 banana
-1 scoop @iheartmacros vanilla protein (or your fave.)
-1 cup frozen fruit (wawona tropical blend from Costco is our fave!) -big handful spinach -crushed ice
BLEND and ENJOY! (I have to say the #blendtec is the very best blender I’ve used, had it forever it is incomparable in making the best smoothie consistency.) 🍓 🍫 🍹
CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE:
-8 Oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1/2 banana
-1 scoop fave chocolate protein (I use @mommihealth for my prenatal right now.)
-1 tbl pb fit -3-4 frozen strawberries -crushed ice
